【Problem description】
The customer said that the recording video was sometimes interrupted.

Version: V100R003C10SPC200.
【Problem analysis】
We collected the DCG and MU logs and we found that the DCG module was abnormal at that time.
So we checked the operating logs for that time. We found that when the DCG was abnormal, the customer collected the fault logs.
【Root cause】
Collecting the fault logs causes the DCG module to be abnormal.
【Solution description】
We told the customer to collect the logs collected via the command, not via the webpage collection and temporarily solved the problem.
The next version will fix this problem.
