Video conference set up

When a SMC initiate a Conference cannot be established a video conference between terminals located in embedded sc and other located in external switch center, how can resolve this??

Hi Sidney.

So you have Terminal1 on SC1 and Terminal2 on SC2, and you are unable to Make a conference between T1 and T2.

What kind of error is  reported?
What is the network topology?
Is there any MCU defined?

Can terminals in SC1 make a conference together? Cand terminals in SC2 make a conference together?

Please elaborate in order to receive a valid answer.
