Problem description
A user of Pexip from Public fails to call in to the SMC Conference room or fails to call the participant in the Trust Zone.

Problem analysis
1. Checked the SC setting about the neighbor Zone Setting.
Make sure the Service Address is the SC DMZ IP address and the neighbor address is the Pexip Server IP address.

2. Verified the SC Search Rules and make sure it can call or search the Pexip participant.
If the Participant number starts with 5xxxxx, then the prefix can invite the participant successfully.

3. Checked the SMC log and checked the fail reason.
Tested with few different accounts, but the call still failed.
SMC scheduled a conference call and invited the Pexip user. The Pexip user tried to dial in the conference room but both failed.

Root cause
Pexip dialed the wrong number, which did not include the prefix 44 for an outgoing call (the user dialed 500123456 ) and the conference call failed. The user can use the above rules (if they use the change rules) and remove the prefix 44 in their Pexip Server.

Solution description
Prefix 44 is the outgoing prefix from the pexip Server.
Prefix 500 is the MCU Access Code.
Number 123456 is the meeting ID.
The user enters 44500123456 and joins in the conference call successfully.
