Video Channel Fails to Be Set up or the Blank/White/Green Screen Occurs

User A opens the ESpaceMediaTerminal.html page and successfully logs in to a VTM. User B opens the ESpaceMediaTeller.html page and successfully logs in to a VTA. On the ESpaceMediaTerminal.html page, user A enters the access code, selects 0-audio, and clicks Call to initiate a call. After the ESpaceMediaTeller.html page rings, user B clicks the answer button. The voice channel is established, but the video channel fails to be established. Or both the voice and video channels are established but the white, blank, or green screen occurs.
