Very bad read performance for Microsoft Cluster Shared Volume

When I attach a LUN via FC from our Dorado 8000 V6 it is blazing fast für Write and Read IOs. When it is converted to a Cluster Shared Volume write IOs stay fast but read IOs are unbelievibly slow. Any ideas. BTW. FS is NTFS.

It is a Win2019 and the FS is empty. It is a completely new LUN. when putting CSV-Volume in Maintanence Mode (equal to disabling CSV) Performance is great again. I already checked if we have redirected IOs but that doesn't seem to be the case.
