- Check the online status of the DVR.
- In the Users and Devices panel on the left of the Workspace tab page, double-click Devices.
- Click the Local Domain tab.
- Check whether the value of Status of the added DVR is Online. If the DVR status is Offline and the DVR is added for the first time, move the cursor to
in the status column. The DVR offline cause is displayed on the page.
- View live video feeds from the camera.
- On the right of the Workspace tab page, click the Live icon.
- Drag the camera to a live video pane.
If live video feeds from the camera can be properly played, the camera is successfully added.
