Hi!

A customer with FusionCompute/Access V100R006C10 reported the following issue while trying to deploy a VDI with an OS Windows 10 1709.

VDI issue on FusionCompute-3006309-2

After verifying the support site http://support.huawei.com/onlinetool/datums/fusioncloud/comptool/index.en.jsp, we encountered that the version of the customer's platform did not support such release.

VDI issue on FusionCompute-3006309-3

Internal verification revealed that the version supporting this version would be V100R006C20.  It was proceeded with the update and the provisioning was successful as per the communication with the customer.  Please refer to the following link for future compatibility checks regarding FusionAccess:

please check vrmd process status.There is a solution,for detail , see
1.Check the system log, portal, and vrmd status. The Fusion Cumputer is running properly.

2.  Check the port number status.
     The 7443 8080 8443 port of the main port of the FC portal is not released, and no process ID is displayed.
netstat -nlpt
3. Run lsof -i:7443 . The command output shows that the 172.16.200.83:57783 frequently connects to the FC portal address. As a result, other IP addresses cannot be connected to the FC portal.

4. Restart the FC portal to release the port.
