Dear friends!
For the EGS2 board, its VCTRUNK bound method needs to pay attention to the following information:
Each VC channel can be bound only to one VCTRUNK.
VCTRUNK1 to VCTRUNK24 must be bound when a board is housed in a slot providing 1.25G bit/s bandwidth.
A VCTRUNK can be bound with the VC-12 path or VC-3 path at one time. A VCTRUNK should not be bound with VC-12 and VC-3 paths at the same time.
In the case of N2EGS2 boards, VCTRUNK 1-VCTRUNK 12 can be bound only with lower order paths in VC-4s numbered 1-4. VCTRUNK 13-VCTRUNK 24 can be bound only with lower order paths in VC-4s numbered 5-8. VCTRUNK 25-VCTRUNK 36 can be bound only with lower order paths in VC-4s numbered 9-12. VCTRUNK 37-VCTRUNK 48 can be bound only with lower order paths in VC-4s numbered 13-16.
In the case of N3EGS2 boards, there is no requirement regarding VCTRUNK binding. One VCTRUNK can be bound with up to 24 VC-3s.
In the case of N2EGS2 boards, a VCTRUNK can be bound with a maximum of 12 VC-3s or 63 VC-12s.
In the case of N3EGS2 boards, a VCTRUNK can be bound with a maximum of eight VC-4s, 24 VC-3s, or 63 VC-12s.
For N2EGS2 board, VC-4s numbered 4, 8, 12, and 16 support the binding of VC-3 and VC-12 paths. The other VC-4s support the binding of VC-3 paths only.
For N3EGS2 board, VC-4s numbered 4, 8, 12, and 16 support the binding of VC-4, VC-3 and VC-12 paths. The other VC-4s support the binding of VC-4 and VC-3 paths only.
Thanks!
