VCN540 time synchronizing issue

Issue description

Users are not able to have the same time on the VCN540 and their IPC camera in the system.

Alarm information

None.

Handling process

1. Checked all the configuration on VCN540.

2. Check if the NTP setting is enabled or not.

Root cause

It may be due to the parameter setting on VCN540.

Suggestions

Check the NTP setting on VCN540.
