VCN540 IVS Client Camera adding issue - operation failure

When we try to add cameras after deleting them, we are facing with this issue - operation failure -  Reached the maxmimum number of connected devices supported by the server. How can we deal with that issue ? Kindly urgent help needed

Hello, 

  1. Log in to the C/S client as the admin user and double-click Device Recycle Bin under Quick Setup.

    Device Recycle Bin

  2. On the Device Recycle Bin page, check whether the camera IP you deleted exists. If so, please select the device and then click Delete Device.

  3. Add the IP camera again.
