What is your VCN version?

1. Please check the OMU and Portal module statuses. Make sure all are normal.

ps -ef|grep ivs omu

ps -ef|grep portal

2. Please checke the db and make sure that the db connected to the module has no error.

ps -ef|grep postgres

Hi,
the db connecte the module have some error .Failure to modify the IP address caused the database connection to be incorrect.
If there is no important data.I recommend you re-install the IVS software
