After the power outage, the MU became offline with no viewing on the monitor. I have tried to restart the MU but it is still offline when trying to drag video. please help with this. Thanks!

We can try to manually start MU :
step1:login the VCN server by ssh tool;
user:admin
password:Change_Me
step2:switch to root
command:su -
password:Change_Me
step3:open the manual startup directory
command:cd /home/ivstool/bin
step4:start mu module
command:./service.sh start mu
if the MU module can't be started manually,please contact huawei engineers.thanks.

    Log in to the OMU Portal of the master NE server.
    Choose System Management > Business operation and management.
    In the left-hand System Domains area, select the domain that the MU belongs to.
    Click Restart corresponding to the MU.
    The system starts to restart the MU.

Hello! is the VCN deployed in a cluster mode ? If the VCN is deployed in a cluster, log in to the C/S client of the master server and check the VCN to which the camera whose live video cannot be played belongs on the Devices tab page. If the MU module of the VCN is restarted, all cameras under the MU will go offline temporarily. If the MU module goes online in 30s, the cameras will not be migrated to normal VCNs.
Then you need to restart DCG, and after check again if the MU can be restarted.
if everything fails, please proceed in Captureing packets exchanged between subsystems and log information during the failure to request live video, and also we can open a case for your troubles

- On the PC client is installed, use Wireshark to capture packets exchanged between the PC client and cameras.

Since this inquiry is still present, i would suggest to open a case on the corresponding TAC of your country to better address the issue since we will need logs from the VCN and troubleshoot the issue properly via e-mail or maybe it will need remote session. To be able to open a case we will need your e-mail, SN of VCN 510 and your country. :)
