Hello , please confirm that you try to do the following steps :
Log in to the OMU Portal of the master NE server.
Choose System Management > Business operation and management.
In the left-hand System Domains area, select the domain that the MU belongs to.
Click Restart corresponding to the MU.
The system starts to restart the MU.
