VCN510: Live Video Flashes or Disappears When You Click a Live Video Pane During Live Video Viewing on a PC Connected to Multiple Monitors

Symptom

During live video viewing on a PC connected to multiple monitors, when you click a live video pane, the live video flashes or disappears, as shown in Figure 1.

Possible Cause

The Windows Aero is enabled.

Procedure

1. Check whether the Windows Aero has been enabled for the PC.
   1. Right-click in a blank area on the desktop and choose Personalize from the shortcut menu.
   2. Check whether the Windows Aero has been enabled for the PC.
      • If no, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
      • If yes, go to the next step.

2. Select a non-Aero theme. Then go to the next step.
3. Check whether the fault is rectified.

   If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
