Problem description
The customer cannot view the image of the camera on the VCM app interface.
Problem analysis
We performed a remote check and found that there was no current account on the VCN side.
Root cause
VCM does not synchronize the data to VCN.
Solution description
Create a VCM account on the VCN side.
Add the VCN account in the VCM system.
Data synchronization.
After performing all of the above, the customer can view the camera image.
