VCN3020 RAID Cannot be done.

Hello.


The RAID settings of the running VCN3020 device are broken. The group RAID s have completely disappeared. The system detected all disks in the singular. A RAID creation process can be started over and over again, but without reporting any errors, it continues to process as if the RAID creation process started normally and the Local Disk window opens. But the RAID process does not start in any way. I have tested it with new disks, but the result has not changed.

Before this procedure, there were several power outages. The disks are normal. Nothing seems abnormal. I have also tested it with disks that have never been used, but the result has not changed.

The system may be faulty due to an unexpected power-off. You are advised to collect run logs of the operation and create a trouble ticket and contact Huawei technical support.

Hello, you are advised to check whether each module is normal. If the module is abnormal, restart the system.
If the problem persists, contact Huawei technical support.
