Dear Team

I have a VCN3010 V1R2C20SPC200. 

Recordings of VCN are discontinuous.

How do I deal with this issue.

Generally, video quality problems are caused by packet loss on the network. Check the network status first.

There was an erratic display when the image was live feed.

1. We captured the network package on the PC.

2. We captured the network package on the VCN server.

3. We analyzed two network packages and found there were some packet loss.


【Root Cause】:


There was a slight network packet loss in the network.


【Solution Description】:


1. We restarted all the cameras.

2. We restarted all the cameras.


3. After the protocol was changed to TCP, the image was observed to be ok.
