Please check whether the memory usage of VCN3010 services is too high. For services whose memory usage is too high, check whether the service processes run normally.

If the memory usage of other software is too high, stop the software processes.

Hi,

Please check what OS version you are running on VCN3010. V1R3C10SPC212 is a recommended version as it is better optimized and can handle such situations in a better way.

Secondly, please check the processes which are causing the high memory usage and try mitigating the resources one by one.
