1.collect the logs;

2. you can get some useful information from the log.

For example, the temperature of the disk reached more than 100 degrees. The normal temperature of the disk is between 50 to 70 degrees.

The high temperature may be due to the customer's environment, which does not dissipate the heat well.

Solution

1. Add a fan to assist air circulation.



2. Reduce the temperature of the air conditioner to reduce the ambient temperature of the entire equipment.

3 .Pull out part of the equipment to increase the spacing between the rear panel of the unit and the AC to speed up air circulation.
