【Problem Description】：
VCN powered off abnormally.
【Problem Analysis】：
1. Collected out-band log on VCN ISM web page: the log printed that on Jun 8th the VCN powered off due to high temperature.
2. The customer checked the fan was working fine and the environment temperature was comparatively high.
3. Logged into VCN server through ssh and ran command ipmitool sensor: found the VCN eartemperature which equals to the environment temperature was 40 ℃， normally it should be lower than 35℃.
【Root Cause】：
VCN powered off because the environment temperature was too high.
【Solution Description】：
Advise to lower the environment temperature.
