【Problem description】

The customer needs VCN 540 to send email notifications once the video stops.

【Problem analysis】

After checking with R&D, they confirmed that VCN 5X0 doesn't support the email service yet.

【Root cause】

There is no root cause, the required feature is not supported.

【Solution description】

Informed the customer that VCN 5X0 doesn't support the email service yet and we will update them once it is supported.
