Hi, Support

VCNs doesn’t recognize the other disk system types which is formatted NTFS or exFAT.

I have used different external USB storage disk and USB flash disk which is formatted with FAT32 system on the VNC510 and 520.

Please help me confirm the disk format supported by the VCN500.

Hi, Hummer!

I've verified with R&D and the VCN5XX Series can only use external HDD's, formatted with FAT32 (therefore, no support for NTFS or exFAT). The maximum HDD size is 2 TB.
