What is the difference between VCN connecting with third-party platform through VMU pattern and MPU PCG module?

Control layer

Schedules the signaling of video surveillance services, such as device registration and alarm access, and connects to third-party devices and platforms.

PCG

Complies with the GB/T 28181 protocol to connect to third-party video surveillance platforms.

SCU

Controls device services, including alarm processing, PU control, and SMU signaling forwarding.

DCG

Connects to PUs using the ONVIF1.02, ONVIF2.0, or ONVIF Profile S protocol.

Suggest to use VMU for integration with 3th party Platform. MPU is not recommended.
