HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

This post is about VCN 510 having an issue.

VCN 510 keeps on restarting automatically by itself. What are the troubleshooting steps we should follow to check it?

Thanks!

Hi, Nasr!

The following information can help you.

1. Check the power cable and ensure that the copper cable within the power cable is not damaged.

If yes, please change the power cable.

If no, go to 2.

2.Check whether the cable from the VCM power supply input port is connected properly.

If no, please insert the cable properly again.

If yes, go to 3.

3. Check whether the input voltage for the VCM meets the requirements.

If yes, go to 4.

4. If no, please ensure that the power adapter for the VCM works in a commercial power voltage.

The commercial power voltages in different countries and areas may vary. The commercial power voltage in China is 220 V AC.

You can view the required input and output voltages for the VCM power adapter on the plug of the power adapter. For details, see the user manual for the corresponding VCM.

If the fluctuation of the VCM input voltage exceeds 10%, the VCM may be damaged. Ensure that the input voltage is stable.

Check whether the fault is rectified.

If yes, the procedure ends.

If no, contact your service provider for assistance.
