log in to the OMU portal of the master NE server.
Choose System Management > Business operation and management.
In the left-hand System Domains area, select the MPU to which the camera belongs and check the MU module status.
If the MU module is in the Running state, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
If the MU module is in the Offline state, go to the next step.
Click Restart corresponding to the MU. Then go to the next step.
Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
