VCN-500 OMU Failed to Reinstall

Dear All


Kindly i am trying to reinstall OMU as i was having issue to login OMU in VCN-500 but when i am following the procedure by one of the post its stop in middle and said Connection Timeout.Picuture is attached.

please need your Support

  1. Login to the VCN500 via ssh with root user.

  2. Run the command /share/install.sh VCN500_IP VCN500_Gateway_IP

    VCN500_IP is the current server IP, and VCN500_Gateway_IP is the server gateway IP.

  3. It will take about 40 minutes.

i tried with other solar wind ssh tool but it is still the same.but for your info i tried mini-system. it was install successfully but i need now normal installation as i in mini system i can not add camera.

During the installation process, you need to press the enter key frequently to prevent the timeout from sticking out until a new print starts.
