VCN 500 Lenz Reset

Hi Emiliano,

To control the camera lens from VCN500, the lens must support the zoom, focus, and aperture control functions.

Access the Camera Management page, select the camera, and click the setting button. On the Configuration page that is displayed, choose Video Settings > Camera. On the page that is displayed, set Type to the actual device type.

Hello, Boss! PTZ control functions are available only when the following two conditions are met: 1. A PTZ dome or box camera must be used. 2. The value of Type configured for the camera must be the same as the actual camera type.
To set Type for a camera, perform the following operations:
