VCN 3020 KVM Error Message

I am getting below error while i try to access VCN 3020 through  KVM .

The System Disk are stable and green

The disk light is green, so there should be no problem.
it is recommended that reinstall the image.
If you want to check the problem, you can contact the TAC.

Actually the contract is expired.. Also i dont have image file.... Is there any alternate way i can make the VCN back to noraml

Hi, dear!
The most direct way is to reinstall. If you don't have a contract, you can't download the image.

If you have more system disks, you can try replacing them. (Not sure whether the system disk is faulty, but the indicator is normal.)
