1- Why the error has occurred?

Failed to log in to the domain. The current VCN500 does not support this function.

2-Error Description.

This error code is returned when a user logs in to the eSpace IVS C/S client using a Windows domain account.

3-Solution

When the server is a VCN500, use a basic user account to log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client.
