This error code is returned when a user logs in to the eSpace IVS C/S client using an account.
3-Solution
Contact the system administrator to delete the account and add it again.
If yes, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
If no, locate and rectify the network fault.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers
