VCN 30000 series SMU error code 119101313

1- Why the error has occurred? 

The operation right matching the account is not found.

2-Error Description.

This error code is returned when a user logs in to the eSpace IVS C/S client using an account.

3-Solution

 1. Contact the system administrator to reallocate rights.

• If user rights are successfully allocated, re-log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client.
  

•    If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
  

•    If the fault persists, go to the next step.
  

• If user rights fail to be allocated, go to the next step.
  

2. Contact the system administrator to delete the account and add it again. Then log in to the eSpace IVS C/S client.

• If the fault is rectified, no further action is required.
  

• If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
