VCN 3000 series error code 109100029

Solution :

1. Obtain the device template in the \config\deviceparameter directory of the ivs_scu.tar.gz file.
   

   note :To obtain the software package, visit http://support.huawei.com/enterprise/, choose Downloads > UC&C > Video Surveillance > Video Surveillance Platforms > Intelligent Video Cloud Node > eSpace VCN3000 > V100R002, and download the VCN3000 Product Package.zip package.

     2. Copy the device template to the /home/ivs_scu/config/device-parameter directory of the server.

  note :

Log in to the server in SSH mode and choose Window > New File Transfer. In the window that is displayed, copy the device template to the server.

   3. Restart the SCU. For details, see Restarting the SCU.
