It was observerd that some 200 cameras out of 400 changed their timezone despite NTP was configured on Huawei VCN 3000. Before it was working fine.
If we want to re-synchronized the time of all the cameras should we reconfigure the NTP or do we need to do any extra task and do it require a downtime for reload the server.

you need to configure NTP time synchronization on the OMUportal. After NTP time synchronization is configured,the connected cameras can time-synchronize with the server.

Yes . We have only two cameras but we use NTP server, global NTP server, open ports in fw to enable conection to these and work fine. For us is very important enable ports in FW to comunicate, typically are blocked. thanks
