Problem Description:
VCM Summary function was not working.
Problem Analysis:
1. Confirmed that the issue is the summary function was not working, the video synopsis log was invalid.
2. Checked relevant documents and consulted with R&D about the fault and found the connection between the ESM-Agent and Manager was interrupted.
Root Cause:
ESM-Agent disconnected with Manager, which led to summary function exception.
Solution Description:
1. Advised to restart the ESM-Agent.
2. After the ESM-Agent was restarted, the connection between the ESM-Agent and Manager recovered.
3. Confirmed the summary function is working normally now.
