V8R12 image file for NE40...

V8R12 image file for NE40E/NE9K for eNSP

Hi all,

I tried but I could not find img file for NE40E/NE9K V8R12.
Does anyone know how we can find?

Does ENSP support NE40E? If so, how do I get the relevant software?-2930411-1
Before you install, it is recommended that you read 'eNSP V100R003C00SPC100 Software Installation Guide' and 'eNSP V100R003C00SPC100 Release Notes' to ensure that you can install successfully in one time.

Obviously, it supports NE40E. Download NE40E.img from the official website. Import the img file as prompted when starting the device.

These are v8r11. I have them, I need V8R12. I could not find img file, in support page you can find .cc file extension and it does not work.

Hi,
The eNSP has eOS. Before eOS, the latest NE40E img version is V800R011. Huawei does not provide img V800R012.
I hope this helps.
