[Cause]
1. On the service side, the management IP address of the storage device is mapped from the internal private network IP address to the external public network IP address. In this way, the storage device can be accessed through the public network IP address.
2. You only need to log in to the storage device and run commands to check the device. Therefore, the problem does not occur.
3. Hot patch installation and system upgrade need to be uploaded to the storage system. The package name is IP address + package name (public network IP address). After the package is transferred to the storage system, the upgrade module obtains the upgrade package from the controller based on the IP address in the package name. The management IP address of the storage device is a private network IP address. As a result, the upgrade module cannot find the corresponding controller based on the IP address in the package. As a result, the package fails to be copied.
[Location Method]
1. Run the show system management_ip command to view the management IP address of the storage device.
2. Check the IP address for logging in to SmartKit.
3. If the management IP address is inconsistent with the login IP address, confirm with the service side whether to perform IP address mapping.
[Temporary Recovery Measures]
Enter the storage management IP address in SmartKit and use SSH to install hot patches and upgrade the storage system.
