V100R002C70U1SPC100 Upgrade & change admin IP

Hi:

I've and FusionCube V100R002C70U1SPC100 running in E9000. Due that version ends its support (Dec 31 2020) i need to upgrade it, any 3.x or 6.x version is OK as long it is supported, stable and safest to upgrade. Wich upgrade path is recommended, how many version jumps?


Second, have to change administration and iBMC IP's, have to use a new network segment.

Been reading "FusionCube 9000 V100R002C70U1 Product Documentation 06 (Hyper-converged Virtualization Infrastructure)" https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/es/doc/EDOC1000156426

But is not clear to me if you can change online the administration IP's (FusionCube Center, FusionStorage Manager, VRM's, etc), and make no harm to production VM's.

Online modification is not recommended because these operations are high-risk operations. You are advised to contact the local TAC and follow the RFC change process.

You can according to the following link to change the FSM, FusionCube center manage IP and BMC IP:

Iusse 1 upgrade FusionCube 

You can upgrade to FusionCube 3.0.1 and then to your target version.

UPGRADE PATH

Iusse 2  Change BMC IP

The IP address cannot be changed online. To change the IP address, follow the change process.
