USM Service code modification from Prefix

Problem Description :  USM Service code modification from Prefix

Analysis Progress :

1) Use LMT tools log in to the CloudUSM to type the command

    1. LST ICXPFX.

    2. ADD CNACLD

2) Tried to change and make sure the settings below

Root Cause : The prefix *7 can't be configured as it is a default prefix in the system

Solution Description : The default prefix can't be duplicate to avoid crash
