Problem description
User 4003 fails to record the call conversation.
Problem analysis
1. Log in to the uPortal Web page and check if the user has enabled the 'Recording' right.

2. Check the connection between the USM and the MRP file server.

3. Check from the web page if the call is record successfully and if appears in the Web page.
There is no '4003' record file. The user made a few test calls earlier that same day.

4. During the call, make sure the announcement tone is played. E.g. 'The call will be recorded!'.
a) The call is working fine and the announcement is played.
b) The tone name 'Albert' is loaded.

Root cause
The directory is deleted on the server. No directory of user '4003' on the file server.
Solution description
1. Disable the right and enable the right again.
2. Log in to the server and check if the directory is successfully created.
3. The user can manually create the directory also, but I suggest disabling and enabling the right again as a proper way.
