Problem Description : USM external private number fail to call in

Analysis Progress :

1) Execute the command on LMT of USM

MOD SIPTRUNK: TKNAME=”Default_SIPTrunk”, SSIGCTRLPAR=SVR11-1

2) Get the network topology

3) Collect the logs

Steps for Collecting Call Log

1) Please use LMT tools to log in and connect toU1960, Host Log > Call Log > Module Switch Configuration

2) Select all > “Tick all the parameter for which is untick” > Start Configuration

3) Reoccur the scenario to make the issue happen again

 4) After the testingsession, please press“Pause Button” then press “Open”

5) After press the “Open”it will prompt out a folder, Please send us the file of the issue date only

6) Please describe the process (operation)based on the testing scenario and the IP phone address

4) Testing scenario

Test operation description:

1. Tried two calls with normal dialing to 28083273from my mobile 62086068, then both calls can reach the IP phone

2. Next, tried two calls with hidden CID by dialingwith prefix “133”+28083273 by the same mobile 62086068, then no ring back tonecan be heard from mobile and dropped the call in 2~3 seconds, the IP phone alsohave not ringing as idle stage.

5) Understand the topology

PSTN (PRI)<-> U1981 <-> USM <-> IP Phone (Ext 3273)

6) Analyse the log

The corresponding call inthe log, the basic signaling is as follows

1) Pri trunk incoming call carrying the calling number is empty

2) The Sip trunk is out, the calling number is anonymous.

3) the connected peer device / endpoint responds 500 and terminated the connection.

 Recommendation: Do analysis on Peer device / endpoint, whetherconfigured such as "anonymous call restriction"

7) Check the version 

Root Cause : The patch version of the USM is too old

Solution Description : Load the patch version which is same as ICBC Asia and BOCOMI and it is work
