Hello, please advise for the below.
Corporate Directory server test connection gives the following message "Both SOAP and LDAP connection tests failed".
When referring to installing USM-EUA and running the below command ( as per the image ) it gives :
GS-OO327, the user password has expired.
When we try to change the password using #passwd gaussuser, it's successfully changed but it is still couldn't run the same command and it is giving:
GS-00329, incorrect user or password !
Please help to solve and thank you all.

Hi, dear! Changing the password validity period is a high-risk operation. You are not advised to change the password to a permanent password. If you must change the validity period, inform the customer of the risks, provide the detailed version and involved databases, and then contact Huawei technical support. If the modification can be made, submit the RFC for evaluation. |
