HiCoins as reward: 1 (problem unresolved)

Hi Evereyone,

so I have two routers in two different cities , and an Eth-Trunk between them carries the traffic, we are using MPLS VPN (our IGP is ISIS), now my question is we have a new connection a gig interface between two routers, is it possible that we use that specific physical link for a type of traffic? for example VPN-UP .

thanks

Hi,
If you assign a new VPN to the new link, you can control route selection by controlling RTs and configure routes or use traffic policies to direct specific traffic to the new VPN tunnel.

Hi,
thanks for your answer, you see its not a new VPN ,
considering that we are using RR and both routers have bgp neighborship with that (obviously) ,can i bring a new ISIS up on the new link between two routers , then a new MPBGP between two routers and use that for just one VPN?
thanks
