issue ：USG enable mail-filter function , and there is log shows mail been denied , but customer also can receive the mail .
handling process：
1、Check the mail-filtering log , there is logs showing mail been denied with POP3 and IMAP(not support deny) protocol ;
2、Discussing with customer , the network just using POP3;
3、Customer want to deny mail before delivery to mail server , then check the configuration ,has configured filter "Receive Mail--Sender Mail";
4、There is a question about the detection direction , then check the production document :

5、Between mail server using SMTP , so the mail server receive mail , it's a outside server "send mail" to inside server .
root cause :

solution:
Change the configuration , from "Receive Mail--Sender Mail Address" to "Send Mail---Sender Mail Address" , then test it work .
