If you are using the NAT server, please change the public ports to others. The USG firewall is available to set the mail service to send the alarm email to the configured email address, which means, the default mail address ports are occupied by the firewall itself. When you map the intranet mail servers' port to these ports, the traffic from the internet towards these ports will be transferred to the firewall itself, rather than to the intranet mail server.
