which part i need to provide?

Please post all the configuration and please remove any user or IP information before posting. The reason I ask for all configuration is because I need to check routing, security and nat policy, and alosa ipsec configuration.

By the way, if you can connect to VPN and you can reach the resources behind the VPN, but you can not connect to internet while you are connect to VPN, there might be two reasons for that. Well it really depends what you are trying to do. Option 1 is to connect to VPN resources through your tunnel and connect to internet through your own internet connection. Option 2 is to connect both VPN resources and internet through tunnel.

If you are looking for option 1 you need to edit your vpn adapters properties and disable default gateway. Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings > Right click to your VPN adapter and click properties > Networking > Double click on Internet Protocol IPv4 > Advanced > Disable "Use default gateway on remote network".

If you are looking for option 2 please post you configuration.
