The USG is set up to work through VRRP.
When tracing external resources, USG addresses instead of IP are asterisks.
How to beat it? Which team to allow?

Can you tell us if the Ping command to that specific address is working fine ?
And on the link below you can find how you can active permit Ping packets in the Interface View.
Please run the service-manage ping permit. In the interface view
