Dynamic Loading
A license is required for the dynamic loading module. If no license is available, Content Security Component Package and URL Remote Query Component Package will not be displayed in Updated System File List.

Before performing dynamic loading, download the required component package file from the security center (domain name: sec.huawei.com). Ensure that the system software version and component package version match. Otherwise, the component package cannot be loaded.

1.Choose System > System Upgrade.
2.Click Locally Update for the component package to be upgraded.
3.Click OK.
4.Optional: Click Remove for the component package to be uninstalled.
The component package upgrade does not require the uninstallation of the old component package. You can directly load the new component package.

NOTE:
If the component package that is being referenced is uninstalled, the uninstallation fails, and a message is displayed to indicate the failure.

and one thing you should know , when you try to download the component package file , you should know USG exactly version , like below :
