USG6310S packet capture export

hi all if I try to export packet captures I get a error regarding insufficent space ot to many packets, well its a tiny capture, so any ideas ?

you can have a try choose less packet capture to export,this device have no hardware disk

true but I had a SD card in it, and its 22 packets ! surely if I stop a capture whatevers on screen it "has" so should be exportable ?
