Hi,

If I understand you correct you are trying to erase you configuration from USG and restart it as factory default.

I suggest a console connection for this. This will erase all the configuration and restart your USG.
Please get a backup before this.

reset saved-configuration
reboot

This will only reset the configuration. If you have a disk and you would like to delete logs please let me know.

if you want reset or erase your configuration on the USG,the comman is
reset saved-configuration

after this,plz reboot device without saving the configuration.
At last,plz make sure you really need to do this,and you'd better save the configuration backup before this action.
