Hi! 


This post refers to the issues of USG6000V showing ########## and prompt not appearing.


Please help - I've installed eNSP and VirtualBox, then loaded the image of USG6000V successfully after downloading it from the Huawei support. I can start the firewall, but in CLI I am only getting continuous ###########.


I also tried enabling the BIOS virtualization option in the setup, but I am still facing the same issue. I can start and work with other routers without any problem. The only issue I am facing is related to the firewall.


Using Windows 10. Both eNSP and VirtualBOX versions are the latest.

@Masaud hi!

Please try removing the firewall image from the eNSP installation path and the VM from VirtualBox, then restart eNSP.

It will require you to reinject the image.
