Check whether the operating system of your computer matches the ensp.
You can try reinstalling the operating system and then installing ensp again.
If the fault persists, the problem is caused by an ensp bug.

2. Delete all contents in C:\Users\Your user name\AppData\Local\eNSP, restart the eNSP, and try again.
